When you chose to become a member of SCU, you chose to be part of something bigger. Banking with your local credit union means you’re keeping your dollars local – invested in the people, small businesses and community initiatives you care about. It also means you’re not just a customer or a client, you’re an owner with a say in how our credit union is run.
Each year, members elect members to fill vacancies on our Board of Directors. Our Directors have a passion for our community and are dedicated to helping guide our credit union while representing the needs of our members as a whole.

The Board of Directors plays an important role in the current and future success of our credit union.
Board members are responsible for setting Sudbury Credit Union’s strategic direction and providing guidance to the management team. Their contributions ensure that the credit union maintains a strong corporate governance structure, while remaining focused on the financial needs of our members.

Our Vision: Committed to the well-being of our employees, our members and our community.
Our Values: We are approachable; dependable; fair; ethical; professional; trustworthy... we are people helping people.
