December 31, 2013 - Microsoft has recently released their latest browser Internet Explorer 11. At this point we are still testing compatibility with IE11 and our online banking platform and do not recommend using this version. Current versions of FireFox or Google Chrome browsers are fully compatible and certified by the credit union. We recommend using one of these browsers or remaining on IE 10 or lower. If you have already made the move to IE 11 you may have issues selecting your personal access image. While this issue is being fixed, you may click here to use this temporary workaround.
We’ve also identified a risk that we believe is important for our members to be aware of. In previous versions of Internet Explorer, it was possible to disable the browser from remembering passwords. Microsoft has removed this feature in IE11 allowing users to save their online banking login information within the browser. This presents a security risk if your device is stolen or if you utilize a public computer.
