Automated Telephone Banking

Automated Telephone Banking is a trusted and reliable service that provides you with 24-hour account access to inquire and transact in real-time via a touch tone telephone. It’s a convenient alternative to online or in-branch banking, either by personal choice or for times when you have limited Internet access.

The biggest change regular users will notice is some new options and changes to instructions. We recommend when using the new Automated Telephone Banking system for the first time that you have our newly published brochure available to help you navigate.

The easiest way to become familiar with the system is to listen to all of the menu options before making your selection.

 

Automated Telephone Banking Features

• Check account balances (including loans, terms and registered products)

• Review recent account activity and search for specific transactions

• Transfer funds between accounts – immediate, scheduled and recurring

• Perform transfers between your account and other Sudbury Credit Union members

• Pay bills – immediate, scheduled and recurring

• Change your Personal Access Code (PAC)

• Transfer your call to a live member service representative during regular business hours

Getting Started

To access Automated Telephone Banking toll free from anywhere in North America call 1-855-869-2196. You will need to know your MemberCard® Number and PAC, which can be obtained at any of our branch locations.
