Upgrade to a More Secure Personal Access Code (PAC)

As of September 24, 2019, online and mobile banking will be upgraded to allow for more secure passwords.

We know changing your Personal Access Code (PAC) can seem like a hassle, but we also know our members appreciate the extra level of protection that this security upgrade provides.

Over the next 42 days, all members are required to login to online or mobile banking and strengthen their PAC by selecting a new PAC that is 8 to 30 characters.

The new PAC must meet these requirements:

  • 8 to 30 characters long
  • contains at least 1 upper case letter
  • contains at least 1 lower case letter
  • contains at least 1 number
  • contains at least 1 special character. *Spaces are allowed but not required.

Members have until November 5, 2019 to update their PAC. After this time your current PAC will no longer work.

How to Change Your PAC in Online Banking

  1. Login to online banking with your current Personal Access Code.
  2. In the left hand menu, select Profile and Preferences then select Change Personal Access Code.
  3. Complete the form by entering your current PAC and your new PAC.
  4. Submit the form to save your new PAC.

How to Change Your PAC in Mobile Banking

  1. Login to mobile banking with your current Personal Access Code.
  2. Select the Settings icon. You may have to swipe left to locate it.
  3. Select Change Personal Access Code
  4. Complete the form by entering your current PAC and your new PAC.
  5. Save the form.
