Upgrade to a More Secure Personal Access Code (PAC)

As of November 6, 2019, online and mobile banking will be upgraded to require more secure passwords.

We know changing your Personal Access Code (PAC) can seem like a hassle, but we also know our members appreciate the extra level of protection that this security upgrade provides.

The new PAC must meet these requirements:

  • 8 to 30 characters long
  • contains at least 1 upper case letter
  • contains at least 1 lower case letter
  • contains at least 1 number
  • contains at least 1 special character. *Spaces are allowed but not required.

When you login to online or mobile banking you will see a Mandatory PAC Change screen, pictured below, and you will have to complete the password change in order to continue.

*Note: If you are using the mobile web version of our site, you will not be able to complete the Mandatory PAC change. You must visit the Full Site in order to change your PAC.
