Secure Personal Access Codes

As of November 6, 2019, online and mobile banking has been upgraded to require more secure passwords.

We know changing your Personal Access Code (PAC) can seem like a hassle, but we also know our members appreciate the extra level of protection that this security upgrade provides.

The new PAC must meet these requirements:

  • 8 to 30 characters long
  • contains at least 1 upper case letter
  • contains at least 1 lower case letter
  • contains at least 1 number
  • contains at least 1 special character. *Spaces are allowed but not required.
